Raw materialInsulation crease paper is one of the most important solid insulation of the transformer's oil-paper insulation system, it influence to the quality and life-spanof transformer directly. The research results of these years certify that the kindand quality of raw material is a key factor of the product quality. So the materialwe required is 100% unbleached sulphate conifer wood pulp and its DP valueshould be greater than 1000. 2. Application The product applies to insulation crease paper, which is used to oil immersion transformer.3. Specification Crease insulation paper is continuous paper. Its width is 500±5mm or 625±5mm.The diameter is 550-650mm. Basis weight is max. 130g/m². MD elongationis max. 200% or according to subscribers' requirements.4. Explanation (a) XBZ expressed: X-1/10 basis weight, B-electrical insulating crepe paper, Z-MDspecific elongation(b) Type JP-50, 100 crease insulation paper's apparent weight, thickness, density,specific elongation, etc will come to term according to the subscriber's requirementwhen ordering(c) C type crease insulation paper technical indication for according to the subscriber'srequirements as follows: Nitrogen content is 1~2%. After aging on condition that the insulation paper is keptby sealing for 168 hours at 150°C. Tear strength is not less than 60% ortensile strength is not less than 75%Type JP-50, 100 crease insulation paper can be dyed one-sided or both-sided according to the subscriber's requirements5. Appearance Crease insulation paper should wrinkles uniformly, has no folds, breakages, and hasno any impurity, pinhole, water trace and clump. The pruning edges should beorderly and thickness should be uniform.
